This week I'm sharing a detailed video showcasing my homeschool planner for the 2018-2019 school year. This year I've updated the cover, subject organization, and added some personal touches via prayer charts.
By the Way has introduced four new adventures since we last encountered them. The cool kids were happy to have another opportunity to review a selection from the By the Way Book Series. We used this book to study the rich culture, history, and atmosphere of Ireland.
Bear and I co-wrote this review about Rescue Me! What Superheroes Can Teach Us about the Power of Faith. The first installment of The Captain Sun Adventures was enjoyable with tidbits offer age appropriate insight into knowing God and Jesus.
August was full of great literature, some skating, lots of laughter, music, emotional read-aloud books, and presentations to the grandparents. We had a blessed month and enjoy sharing these memories.
We are excited to share our review of two Kingdom Files books offered by Barbour Publishing. Working through Who Was Mary, Mother of Jesus? and Who Was Jonah? made our children enjoyed Bible Study time all the more. Each book features a fun, investigative layout, life application points, and detailed narrative about a prominent Bible figure.
My gratitude journal has turned out to be my favorite planner. Within my bright yellow deluxe case, I can find notes on my current bible study along with a 100% positive record of my day. Here you'll see how I created this journal and learn how this process encourages and strengthens me.
Our family was happy to brush up our writing skills with the online lessons offered by GrammarPlanet. This FREE (paid option provided) program is designed to help your family perfect English mechanics, writing skills, and test-taking skills.
