Gratitude is the best attitude!

Approximately 18 months ago I started using the Happy Planner system to plan my daily schedule. I did research various planner styles for three months prior to picking this one. I chose their system because of the ability to customize and because the accessories were so girly and cute. Eventually, I added quite a few pieces to my planner collection including a gratitude journal. (**CLICK HERE to learn about my planner collection**)

Recently, my gratitude journal has actually turned out to be my favorite planner. Within my bright yellow deluxe planner case, I can find notes on my current bible study along with a 100% positive record of my day. Studying God’s word daily has been the basis for peace of mind and strength to endure all life brings my way. Each night, I flip to a fresh gratitude page and write down a summary of my day. No matter how the day went, I only put POSITIVE things in my journal. On bad days I still write how grateful I am because God has fortified me to make it through.

Aside from improving my handwriting, writing in this journal has completely changed my outlook on life. We are promised trouble in this world but my journal gives provides proof that God is present no matter what. When I having a great season, my journal portrays the joy and appreciation I feel from enjoying the blessings of God. So, I encourage each person that comes across this post to pull out a notebook and keep a daily record of all God is doing in your life. After some time or on bad days, go back and read passages to remind you of the powerful God you serve.

Comment below: Do you think journaling is beneficial? Why or why not?

Make this week grand,
