As with every year, 2019 has been a rollercoaster for most people. No matter your situation, moments of togetherness should comfort, revitalize, and strengthen you to endure the season. Though we’ve never been members of OCBF, we were introduced to their church via the Marriage Ministry. We were connected via a Pastor and OCBF subsequently allowed us full access to every resource they provide to their membership. We continued this relationship when we were leaders in ministry, and even now when couples come to us. I have often said, “I’ve NEVER met an Evans that I didn’t like!”
Recently, watching and praying for this family has been bittersweet but I appreciate their gratitude and updates. I’m also reminded that #TeamKEMP struggles may seem like mountains but are actually anthills compared to their situation. I encourage all of you, especially married people, to hear the heart in this message from Dr. Evans. I hope it reminds you to forgive quickly and focus on what really matters. I hope it encourages you to reach out to your family and friends just to say, “I love you.” And, if you’re married, I hope it compels you both to remember your vows and live them out as God intended.

Also, as you’re praying for them, pray for peace and restoration where it is needed in your family.
Make this day grand,
