This is by far the best book I’ve read in years! I enjoyed the author’s presentation of the past/present perspectives for each character. I also appreciated the way she shared insight into tumultuous family relationships. Reading each person’s thoughts, reactions, and feelings about the same incident was an excellent way to breakdown the story. After a while, I forgot to try solving the mystery because I became so concerned about their family relationships. I recommend this book to anyone looking for an engaging, family-themed story.
