Our family has benefited from speech therapy and I wanted to share a few of my favorite resources. Learn how we teach and practice speech through play via my recent video.
Things to note:
- Speech Therapy cards were purchased from TpT <CLICK HERE>
- Games were FREE DOWNLOADS from Teachers pay Teachers (TpT)
Overall, we are grateful for these activities because they make teaching speech easy and learning things fun. I also appreciate the variety of educational materials available on TpT.
Comment below: Do you use TpT? What is your favorite free or low cost educational resource?

Thank you for this! I feel encouraged to try to do speech therapy more at home with my son. We had 20+ appts last year and it helped a lot! Now we need to work on the -ir, -er, -ur. It sounds more like -or or -oy. I just had our third child and recently found out last years appointments might not be covered (thank goodness we hit our deductible with the baby so its ok. Dont know about 2020 though). I love the link you gave but im struggling to find one with the -ir, -er, -ur that teaches me how to show him. Can you help? Ps your video on MFW kindergarten sold me on doing it with our 4 yr old this year instead of next despite the challenges. We love it! Thank you!
I just provided a direct link to the Articulation Sheets I purchased. For the games I mentioned or other specific speech therapy resources, just search the TpT website.
I’m glad this post built your confidence and hope you find all the resources you need to help your child at home. Adding these games a couple of times each week have helped Bam Bam tremendously.
Thank you again!
This is so very helpful, and right on time! Thank you for sharing these resources.
No problem! I’m glad they were helpful and hope they work well in your home.
