Love & Valentine Crafts for Kids

February is one of my favorite holiday filled months of each year. I enjoy the theme of Black History Month and the colors of Valentine’s Day being used frequently all over schools, homes, and churches. I also look forward to incorporating hearts into most art projects for our homeschool.

Today, I’m sharing a few of my favorite books to read to my younger children in February. I also included a tutorial of simple, love-themed crafts they can create. You can see all my recommendations in this recent video:

  • All craft supplies should be easy to find at local stores
  • The books shown were purchased at Mardel; however, they are also available at other retailers and in local libraries.

It is always a good time of year to share love through art and reading. If you enjoyed this post, click SUBSCRIBE for more weekly inspiration, recommendations, and fun. Also, SHARE THIS POST with another homeschooling family, teacher, or Sunday School teacher.
