I pray this day brings you joy, laughter, and love from your family. If you can’t physically be together, definitely create a virtual hangout so you can connect with your family. Also, please get some rest! All of your mommy duties can wait until tomorrow or Tuesday.

For those that have lost their mother, I pray you find peace and comfort in precious memories. You may also find time to appreciate another motherly figure in your life. Offering love for an aunt, godmother, church mother, or friend’s mom in no way diminishes the love you have for your own mother.

To those that have lost a child, I hope you take some time to reflect on the time you had with your child. Please, allow yourself the opportunity to acknowledge your feelings. Whether you spent moments, weeks in the womb, or years with your child, know that time was precious and truly important.
You’re a GREAT mom!
