Today’s Makeup Monday features a giveaway prize from L.A. Colors. I entered this giveaway on Instagram and definitely suggest that you check out their page for information about their products and random giveaways. Keep reading to see if their new eye Gelly is my jam!
I received their entire collection of Gelly Glam Metallic Eye Color. The prize was shipped via USPS and actually arrived within two days. This shipping was sent and received quicker than any order I’ve placed with them. The packaging was great too! Usually, orders arrive in a small envelope but the care put into this box was noted and appreciated. Since most stores near me don’t sell the newest products I usually have to order them. I suggest L.A. Colors put this same effort and care into every package that is shipped because it would make me order from them more often.
As usual please keep in mind that I do wear a primer on my face as well as my eyes. I also set my face with setting spray. Since I always wear a primer before my applying makeup I do the same thing when I review products. It is also important to note that I have used these products approximately seven times before giving sharing my review.

Product Packaging Rating: ☆☆☆☆☆ The shadow pots are wrapped individually and also include a seal on the inside. As long as you store upright, you shouldn’t experience leaks.
Product Quality Rating: ☆☆☆☆☆ I’ve used several of the shadows over the course of a few weeks. I find them to apply easily, wear well, and last all day. I wore these shadows alone, used them to create a cut crease, and used them as an eyeshadow base.
My Overall Rating: ☆☆☆☆☆ I find the shadows to be good quality and sold at a fair price. The consistency is perfect for applying and blending on your eyes.
