For years, our family has enjoyed the Christian Heroes Then & Now series by YWAM Publishing. We listen to these books while in our car, or we gather around and read as a family in the evenings. This series has continuously provided faith-based accounts of Martyrs, missionaries, and other children of God that have gone on to share the Gospel around the world.
Recently, we read the Jacob DeShazer: Forgive Your Enemies book and used the corresponding Unit Study Curriculum Guide. You can hear details about how we included this into our homeschool day via this recent YouTube video.
