Recently, we were given the opportunity to review a Kindergarten course from the Dimensions Math PK-5 series by Singapore Math Inc. This new program has been updated and designed with our children in mind and we look forward to sharing the details with you.
Our theme for this month is Community Helpers and this week we focused on First Responders and Emergency Medical Services. We enjoyed books, documentaries, and a virtual EMT field trip featuring my sister-in-law, Tiffany. Yes, we STILL celebrate CHRISTmas and enjoy the holiday season. I hope that you all have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. I also pray that the words from my original blog post encourage each Believer that reads this.

During this holiday season, more than ever before, I’ve seen plenty of videos and status updates turned debates depicting the “truth about Christmas.” However, I hope that you are being mindful of the information and the source thereof. Study, learn, grow, and teach the truth but be careful that your knowledge doesn’t turn you away from God, through Jesus Christ.

Celebrate if you want to or ignore the day all together, but don’t beat down your family and friends because of your new found knowledge. Remember, it isn’t wise to reprimand people and then go eat their food and accept their gifts on 12/25.
