By the Way has introduced four new adventures since we last encountered them. The cool kids were happy to have another opportunity to review a selection from the By the Way Book Series. We used this book to study the rich culture, history, and atmosphere of Ireland.
August was full of great literature, some skating, lots of laughter, music, emotional read-aloud books, and presentations to the grandparents. We had a blessed month and enjoy sharing these memories.

Bam Bam was elated to use and review the Mathseeds program by Reading Eggs. During the review period, we used the online program along with the 200 Essential Math Skills for Kindergarten workbook.
Upon opening his new curriculum, Bear noted that there were a lot of books discussing Greek and Egyptian mythology. This led to an interesting discussion about the whether or not a Christian homeschooler should learn about the mythical beliefs of ancient cultures.
I'm so excited to have another child to use My Father's World Kindergarten curriculum, God's Creation from A to Z with. Since there have been some updates since I first tried it, I thought I'd share the changes. Bam Bam is super excited and has proven that he is ready to take on Kindergarten.
