#TUKWLjourney: DIY Weight loss & Fitness Progress Tracker/Journal

Today I’m sharing how I’m using the Papillion Big Undated Happy Planner to track my weight loss, fitness, and health progress for 2022. Tracking my progress has been wonderful during my #TUKWLjourney and helped me have a detailed timeline of my accomplishments.

I have been looking for a new weight loss journal for a few months. I was actually about to create my own until I spotted the Papillion on the Happy Planner website. I found this planner at Joann for 50% off but you can also purchase it via the Happy Planner website. This undated planner includes 4 months of daily pages and monthly layouts. No stickers were included for the month or days, but for the price, they should be included. This planner also includes gold metal discs and a beautiful butterfly-themed cover.
